Lumière.AI is designed for personal beauty exploration. To keep the platform safe for our community, the following uses are strictly prohibited.
01Photos of other people
Do not upload photos of another person without their explicit permission. Never upload images of minors, even with parental consent, unless the parent uploads their own child's photo for a family-appropriate style preview.
02Deepfakes & impersonation
You may not use the service to impersonate public figures, celebrities or private individuals, to create sexualised imagery of any person, or to generate content that could deceive third parties about someone's identity or endorsement.
03Illegal or harmful content
Do not use Lumière.AI to create content that is illegal in your country, that promotes violence, self-harm, hate speech, harassment, or that infringes intellectual property rights.
04Abuse of the platform
- Reverse engineering, scraping or overloading the API.
- Bypassing rate limits, credits or safety filters.
- Reselling credits or generations without a written agreement.
- Sharing your account credentials with others.
05Enforcement
We may remove content, revoke access, refund unused credits and cooperate with authorities where necessary. We may investigate suspected violations and preserve relevant data for that purpose.
06Reporting
To report content or behaviour that violates this policy, write to [email protected]. We respond to every report and treat abuse of minors and non-consensual imagery as an urgent priority.
