Because credits unlock digital generations that consume compute, we follow the rules below to balance consumer protection with fair use of the service.
0114-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Once you have spent credits on a generation, you have consumed the digital service and the right of withdrawal for those credits ends.
02Unused credits
We refund the value of any unused credits in full, in the original currency, within 14 days of your request. Fees charged by your bank for receiving the transfer are not reimbursed.
03Used credits
Credits that have already been spent on a render, upscale, or other AI service are non-refundable. If a render clearly failed due to a technical fault on our side, we will re-credit your account at no cost — just contact support with the order reference.
04Chargebacks & fraud
Please contact us first if something is wrong with your order. Chargebacks issued without contacting support may lead to your account being suspended pending review.
05How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and include your order reference. We reply within one business day.
