Lumière.AI ("we", "us") provides AI-powered hair and beauty previews. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process when you use our website, checkout and studio, and how we keep it safe.
01Data we collect
Account details — first name, last name, email and a hashed password you create at checkout.
Photos you upload — the reference selfies you submit to the AI Hairstyle Generator and related tools.
Order data — credit bundle, currency, promo code, payment method and the transfer confirmation for your order.
Technical data — browser type, device, approximate location derived from IP, and pages visited.
02How we use your data
- To create and secure your account and process credit purchases.
- To generate hairstyle previews from the photos you upload.
- To send transactional emails such as bank transfer instructions and order updates.
