Terms of Service

Lumière.AI is a suite of AI tools that generate previews of hairstyles, hair colour and related beauty concepts on user-uploaded photos. Outputs are for personal inspiration only and are not medical, cosmetic or professional advice.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential (minimum 8 characters).

• One credit costs €0.10 in the base currency. Other currencies are converted at the checkout rate.
• The minimum purchase is 50 credits.
• Credits are non-transferable and do not represent legal currency or a stored-value instrument.
• Credits are activated in your account once payment is confirmed.
• Credits never expire while your account remains active.

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the service you requested. You must own the rights to every photo you upload or have permission from the person shown.

You agree not to misuse the service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the specific behaviour and content that is prohibited.

We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may pause features for maintenance or to protect the integrity of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
